Explicit Local Time Stepping for Wave Equation

We present a new local time-stepping method for the wave equation. This method is explicit and its stability is guaranteed by the conservation of an energy.\nWe will first explain how to obtain a scheme of order 2 in time with DG elements or spectral finite elements in space. Then we will consider a fourth order scheme in time.
